(There may have also been a transfer early to another section of The R.E., Serv. No. 247170. Arthur was on the in 1918 Absent Voters List for South Lopham at Rectory Road - No. 4018, WR22647 Pnr., 313rd R.C. Co. R.E. From 21 January 1919 to 26 February 1919 he served on home soil.
